Experiencing exhaustion, weight changes, sleep issues, and hormonal imbalances from Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) inspired me to earn my Master’s in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology—and shift my focus from “pushing harder” to fueling smarter.
