Hi, I’m Lolly. I’m a functional performance Dietitian
I spent my late teens and early 20s as a mountain athlete, constantly pushing for higher output. On the outside, I was "healthy," but internally, I was hitting what felt like a brick wall. I was training hard and following a restrictive mindset, which eventually led to chronic fatigue, poor recovery, brain fog, and the loss of my menstrual cycle—classic signs of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S).
When I was told that birth control was my best option to "fix" my hormones, I refused to accept a cover-up. While I had always been interested in functional nutrition, this frustration drove me to the University of Utah, where I earned my Master’s in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology. My goal was to combine the science of Sports Nutrition with the root-cause approach of Functional Nutrition to understand the mechanics of why my body had stopped responding and was shutting down.
Through that process, I realized that whether you are a competitive athlete or someone simply trying to feel better in your own skin, the physiological requirements are the same: your metabolism cannot thrive if it is constantly under-fueled and over-stressed.
Today, my work as a Dietitian is about bridging the gap between clinical science and the reality of daily life. I combine my background in nutrition with practical behavior change to help people move away from the "restrict" cycle. We look at the big picture—from functional lab testing and metabolic support to habit design and body image—to address the underlying barriers keeping you stuck.
I spend my time backcountry skiing, hunting, and doing CrossFit, but I’ve shifted from a mindset of "restrict'' to one of intentional fueling to feel my best. My goal is to help you do the same: stop fighting your biology, address the underlying imbalances, and build a version of health that is actually sustainable for the long term.
A Different Way to Heal
If you’ve spent years trying every diet, cutting calories, and "moving more," yet you feels stuck and frustrated—you aren't the problem. The approach is.
I work with people who are tired of the restrictive cycle and ready to stop fighting their biology. By shifting the focus from restriction to nourishment, we address the underlying barriers keeping you from feeling your best.
The Three Pillars of My Approach:
Metabolic Restoration We move beyond "eat less, exercise more." By addressing root causes—like hormonal balance, gut health, and cellular energy—we work to repair your metabolism so it works with you, not against you.
Sustainable Habit Design Real transformation happens in the margins of your daily life, not in a 30-day challenge. We focus on "frictionless" behavior change—designing routines that fit your existing lifestyle rather than forcing your life to fit a rigid plan. By mastering the art of the Minimum Viable Action, we build consistency that feels supportive and intuitive. This approach removes the "all-or-nothing" mentality, ensuring you never feel "on" or "off" a diet again.
Mindset Shift Lasting change is an inside-out process. We move from a state of "willpower and restriction" to one of radical self-trust. By dismantling self-sabotaging beliefs and shifting from judgment to curiosity, we align your identity with your goals so your progress becomes permanent.
